ORDERING

When we receive your order you will receive an automated e-mail reply acknowledging receipt. No contract shall come into existence until we have accepted your order. Your order will be accepted by us by way of a confirmatory email (‘Confirmation of Order’) in which will confirm that we are able to send you the goods you have ordered, and the total amount of your order. By pressing the "checkout" button you are consenting to pay us for the goods at the point of order, i.e our website. At this point you will be charged for your goods and payment will be captured from your nominated source.  

The Confirmation of Order shall contain all of the information regarding the goods you have ordered. On receipt of the Confirmation of Order, please check the details thoroughly and we also advise you to print and keep a copy of it. In the event of any errors, contact us immediately at info@gymtote.co.uk.  

We have aimed to ensure that the colours of our products appearing on our website are represented as near as possible to the colour of the product. However, the actual colours you see will depend on the calibration of your computer equipment and we are unable to guarantee the precise colour of the product on delivery.

Every care has been taken by us to ensure that the prices quoted on our website are accurate at the time of sale and that all products are fairly described. However, we reserve the right to cancel your order if there are errors in the prices or the description of the goods you have ordered. All prices and offers are subject to change.

All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event that the goods you have ordered are unavailable. In the event that the goods that you have ordered are unavailable a full refund will be offered.

All prices are displayed on the website in UK Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT.

Please note that we have a legal obligation as a VAT registered company in the UK to charge 20% tax on our prices.

 If you are ordering from abroad please be aware that you will be charged in UK Sterling (GBP), and conversion rates/charges may apply from your bank/credit card issuer. 

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We are happy to exchange or refund products that are returned to us in perfect condition within 30 days.  Please email us at info@gymtote.co.uk to arrange your return.

We currently offer free returns from the UK via Collect+. Simply choose your local Collect+ store in from over 5500 locations to drop your parcel off, to find yours please click hereContact us to advise us you would like to return your item and your returns label will be sent to you via email. Print off your returns label and send back to us - its that simple. 

Free returns labels for will be valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, if the customer still wishes to return the goods, they are liable for the postage cost.

Please note that international unwanted returns are the responsibility of the purchaser to return at their cost to our UK warehouse. 

We will offer a refund or exchange on an unworn, undamaged item within 30 days of it being received by you. All returned products must be sent together with the delivery note, original packaging and with tags still attached to the product in the original manner. 

All items must be safely and suitably packaged to avoid damage whilst in transit. We will accept no liability for items being damaged before they are delivered to us. Please ensure you use appropriate packaging material in terms of size and strength. For overseas customers we recommend that you return items by a recorded or tracked delivery service to ensure safe arrival. All goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser until we receive them. 

Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the item(s) in accordance with these terms and conditions, and the time it takes to process your refund will depend entirely on your nominated bank/card issuer, from which the purchase was made. 

If you return an item to us because it is faulty, we will reimburse you the postage paid, both at the time of purchasing and returning the item to us. (this does not affect your statutory rights).

If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we shall only refund the cost of the returned item; you will be liable for the postage paid when purchasing the item. If you have placed your order for international delivery, you will be liable for the shipping paid when both purchasing and returning the item to us. 

Once you have placed your order with GymTote, the title of goods passes to you and therefore you are liable for your order and must first accept delivery to be able to return, cancel or amend your order. We are happy to make any amends to your order once you have successfully taken delivery of your parcel. We do not, however, accept any liability for packages that are not accepted by you at the point of delivery. We will be unable to refund items that you do not accept delivery for and you will be liable for the cost of the item delivered as well as any costs incurred in this item being returned to us. Please liaise with the delivery service provider directly should you wish to arrange re delivery or amend a delivery date / option. 

 

Your right to cancel

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. 

Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services at info@gymtote.co.uk and advise us of your intention to cancel. Please quote your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund of the cost of the item, but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

Refunding the cost of delivery  We are obliged to refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for an enhanced service eg next day delivery, we will only refund the basic cost of a standard delivery service. 

 

DELIVERY

 We will aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you as soon as possible after your order has been accepted by us. Delivery will be made to the postal address specified in your order via our courier partners. We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer to be dispatched if the goods you have ordered are not in stock at the time of placing your order or they are to be dispatched to an address outside of the UK. Typically, standard delivery is estimated between 2-4 days, but we are unable to guarantee an exact time or date for this service.

We do offer a next day delivery service on orders that are placed by 12pm, please contact us for further information. 

Postal charges payable for goods dispatched will be notified to you at the time of placing your order. If you are ordering from outside of the UK, Europe or USA, your goods may be subject to import taxes and additional charges for which you are solely responsible. These charges are not included in the price of your order and are subject to Government legislation which will vary by country. Please note that we have no control over these charges. If you are in doubt concerning any of these charges please check with your government customs & excise department in the country you wish your delivery to be made to. 

Title of the goods shall pass to you at the time payment for the goods is received by us in full. Risk in any product ordered will pass to you upon dispatch of your order.

Please note, any consignments that are rejected/not accepted at the shipping address stated for excess duty payments or various other reasons will be returned to our warehouse in the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to deduct the return shipping charge and/or any additional administrative charges that the shipper may apply, including duty or taxes from the cost of your purchase, before we process your return.

Important information relating to the purchase of goods for delivery to the U.S.A and international countries 

When your purchase has been mailed, our nominated Shipper will deliver it after it clears customs. If customs have stated that you owe duty, the Shipper will collect the duty along with a postal handling fee before the release of the goods to you.   Please note, any consignments that are rejected/not accepted at the shipping address stated for excess duty payments or for any other reasons will be returned to our warehouse in the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to deduct the return shipping charge and/or any additional administrative charges that the shipper may apply, including duty or taxes from the cost of your purchase, before we process your return.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR GYMTOTE

To take care of your GymTote we recommend removing any surface dirt by wiping it with a damp cloth. When the bag is in contact with water, please take time to dry the material properly and air the bag as you would with any water resistant product.  Not suitable for machine washing.
